微动疲劳磨损对钢丝绳损伤行为的影响

钢丝绳在服役过程中受循环加载应力及扭转的耦合作用,内部出现微动疲劳磨损.钢丝绳所受微动疲劳磨损是疲劳和微动磨损同时作用的结果,会导致钢丝绳在服役过程中内部出现断丝-断股现象,显著影响钢丝绳服役寿命.采用一种钢丝绳微动疲劳磨损模拟装置,对提拉用钢丝绳在实际工况中受到的微动疲劳磨损进行模拟.结果表明:在冲击式载荷工况下微动疲劳磨损会使钢丝绳内部钢丝出现损伤并逐渐断裂,受损伤严重程度及断裂顺序为:c-f丝→f-f丝→f-c丝→c-c丝.这与钢丝绳内部受微动磨损程度由大到小排序相同.并且c-c丝的断裂总伴随f丝的断裂及钢丝绳的失效.随着加载次数的增多,f-f丝、f-c丝、c-f丝的后续抗断力总体上下降,在f-c丝和c-f丝上表现很明显,但对c-c丝基本没有影响.
The coupling effects of cyclic loading stress and torsion will result in fretting fatigue wear inside wire rope.The fretting-fatigue wear that wire rope subjects to is result of fatigue and fretting wear at the same time,which will lead to breaking of wire or strand inside wire rope,which significantly affects service life of wire rope.A device simulating fretting-fatigue wear of wire rope was adapted to investigate fretting fatigue wear of wire rope in actual working condition.Results in-dicate that,under impact load,fretting fatigue wear causes damage and gradual fracture of steel wire inside wire rope,dam-age severity from large to small and fracture sequence are as follows:c-f wire → f-f wire → f-c wire → c-c wire.This is the same as order of fretting wear degree of wire rope.Breakage of c-c wire is accompanied by breakage of f wire and failure of wire rope.With increasement of loading times,subsequent breaking force of f-f wire,f-c wire and c-f wires is decreased on the whole.It is very obvious on f-c wire and c-f wires,but not on c-c wire.
