基于有限元计算的脱硫塔吊装强度分析

在脱硫塔吊装作业中,安装吊耳的部位承受着整个脱硫塔的重量,若其结构强度不够,会发生塑性变形,严重时可能会引发坠落事故.对此,以某脱硫塔改装项目为例,采用有限元方法分析并优化吊点的局部结构,使其满足吊装强度要求.结合生产实例,利用AM(Aveva Marine)软件进行脱硫塔一体化建模,得到包含材质信息的脱硫塔有限元分析模型.根据吊装方案和计算需求对该模型进行单元划分、载荷加载和边界约束,在此基础上利用FEMAP软件对脱硫塔在吊装过程中的结构响应进行有限元分析,结果表明吊装方案可行,脱硫塔结构响应满足强度要求.
The part of a desulfurization tower where the lifting lugs or similar things are mounted should be strong enough to withstand the weight of complete tower to ensure the safety of lifting operation in the process of installation.The design of lift-ing scheme for a desulfurization tower retrofit project is presented.Finite element method is used to analyze and optimize the lo-cal structure around the lifting points.The software AM(Aveva Marine)is used to build the finite element model of the tower,which saves the workload otherwise necessary geometric modeling.The finite element analysis on the structural response of the desulfurization tower during the lifting process is completed by software FEMAP.In order to control the computing workload,the tower model is divided into several parts with defined boundary constraints and loading conditions according to the lifting scheme.The lifting operation was successful with the help of the calculation.
