Why Does the Chinese Private Higher Education Institutional Change——An Explanatory Framework of Multiple Dynamics
Through the examination of the evolution of Chinese private higher education system,it is found that a systematic analysis of the dynamics of system changes is the key to correctly grasp the development of the Chi-nese private higher education system.From the theory of historical institutionalism,the main factors such as en-vironment and concepts,rule of law and power structure,key nodes and actors,system stability and change are extracted to construct a multivariate dynamic analysis framework of the change of private higher education sys-tem in China.It can be found that the change of environment and concept will drive the change of educational system;the change of rule of law and power macro structure will lead to the change of educational system;the change of choice of key nodes and actors in history will accelerate the change of educational system;the stabili-ty and development of system will circularly drive the change of education system.In different historical stages,the dynamic variables follow their own system logic to interact and jointly promote the changes in Chinese pri-vate higher education system.
