The Cultivation Digital Ability for Teachers in Foreign Universities
The digital ability of college teachers is at the core of the digital transformation of higher education,and the cultivation of digital ability for college teachers has become a key factor in the success of the digital transformation of higher education.Based on the characteristics of college teachers'digital ability,this paper compares and analyzes the characteristics of Brown University,The University of Edinburgh and Universidad In-ternational de La Rioja in the process of training teachers'digital ability in terms of mechanism guarantee,tech-nical environment,resource application and learning style,and finds out three models of college teachers'digi-tal ability training:department project service model,school system training model and national curriculum ap-plication model.Learning from the experience of foreign universities,domestic universities should integrate the use of digital resources inside and outside the campus conditions,build a flexible and practical long-term devel-opment mechanism,to help teachers achieve digital transformation.
