培养方案是研究生培养工作的总章程和路线图,程序是培养方案修订工作规范性、科学性和时效性的基本保证.基于10所"双一流"建设高校的研究生培养方案修订程序的要素比较分析发现:修订主体包括行政主体、学术主体和参与主体;修订步骤分为启动、推进和审核三个阶段;修订方式主要有年度修订、周期性修订和年度修订为辅周期性修订为主三种方式;修订时限长短不一.完善培养方案修订程序要从加强制度建设、强化科学研究、扩大实质参与、健全审核机制、优化修订方式等方面入手.
The Value,Elements,and Improvement of the Revision Procedure of Post-graduate Training Program——Based on Ten"Double First-class"Universi-ties under Construction
The training program is the general constitution and roadmap of graduate training,and the program is the basic guarantee of the standardization,scientificity and timeliness of the training program revision.Based on the comparative analysis of the revision procedures of training programs among ten"Double First-class"univer-sities,it is revealed that the revision subjects include administrative subjects,academic subjects and participat-ing subjects.The revision steps are divided into three stages:initiation,promotion and review;the revision meth-ods are mainly annual revision,periodic revision,periodic revision as the main while annual revision as a sup-plement;the time limit for revision varies.Improving the revision procedure of training program should strength-en the system construction,and the scientific research,expand the substantive participation,promote the review mechanism,and optimize the revision method.
