现代大学想象力的失落与重构

作为一种重要的"智性品质",大学想象力具备认知性、实践性和创造性的特征.从古典大学到理性大学、再到创业型大学的转型过程中,大学想象力发挥了先导性作用.新时代高等教育高质量发展需要进一步重构想象力以推进大学转型,但由于传统办学模式对大学理念想象力的规训,社会嵌入型大学治理体系对大学实践想象力的限制以及乌卡时代复杂外部环境对大学变革想象力的制约,导致了现代大学想象力的失落.重构大学想象力,不仅需要超越传统理念建构"可行的乌托邦",创新治理体系以拓展大学想象力空间,还要基于多变情境建构大学想象力的多重结构.
The Loss and Reconstruction of Imagination in Modern Universities
As an important"intellectual quality",university imagination is characterized by cognition,practicality and creativity.In the process of development,the university has undergone a transformation from a classical university to a rational university and then to an entrepreneurial university.During this transfer,univer-sity imagination plays a leading role.The high-quality development of higher education in the new era requires further reconstruction of imagination to promote the transformation of universities.However,the traditional school-running mode disciplines the imagination of universities.The socially embedded university governance system restricts the practical imagination of universities and the complex external environment in the VUCA era confines the revolutionary imagination of universities.All these factors lead to the loss of the imagination of the modern university.Therefore,the reconstruction of university imagination requires the construction of"feasible Utopia",which is beyond traditional ideas and the innovation of governance system to expand the space of uni-versity imagination.Besides,constructing multiple structure based on changing situations also contributes to the reconstruction of university imagination.
