Student Development:The Concept and Its Realization of the Teacher Profes-sional Certification——Self-Reflection Based on SC Concept
Based on the reflection on the advantages and disadvantages of the concept of student center(hereafter SC)in teacher professional certification,the paper reveals the historical misunderstandings,cognitive deviation,factual flaws of SC.Then the paper puts forward the proposition of taking student development as the concept transition of teacher professional certification,probing into the possibility of the development of normal university students from three dimensions,namely the historical view,learning ecology and value pursuit.After that,the paper further explores the realization path of student development from the aspects of internal system support of professional certification,external environment construction and learning ecology improvement.The general view must be clear:The fundamental task of teacher professional certification is to foster excellent teach-ers,and the fundamental purpose of fostering excellent teachers is to ensure that the education system can meet the needs of the people and the people-centered concept is the most integrating stakeholders of the final commu-nity and the largest concentric circle.In contrast,the development of students is the power engine of people's satisfaction education for the parties involved.
