The Construction of the Modern Vocational Education System in Collabora-tion with the"Three Types of Education"
Based on the systematic analysis of the legitimacy basis of collaborative innovation of the"three types of education(vocational and technical education,higher education,continuing education)",including reg-ulative legitimacy,normative legitimacy and cultural-cognitive legitimacy,as well as its modernity value,the tri-ple logic of the"three types of education"collaborative innovation is clarified.The logic of the state is to promote the quality of education through collaborative competition;the logic of the society is to reduce the mutually ex-clusive values of the"three types of education"through mutual integration and interoperability;the logic of the individual is to provide appropriate educational paths through diversion and reflux.Thus,the ideal picture of a modern vocational education system with the synergy of the"three types of education"is sketched and the key institutional design for system construction and operation can be summarized in the perspective of mesoscopic design.
