The governance of universities is inseparable from the political environment of national gover-nance and global governance,and the three share unity and coherence in logical value.Faced with challenges such as the lack of localized theories of university governance,risks to national ideological security,obstacles to development in key areas,and the overshadowing of China's discourse value internationally,the enhancement of governance capacity in Chinese universities requires consideration of the needs and goals of national gover-nance and China's participation in global governance with cultural factors as the entry point and a focus on the"Chinese style".By fully exploring China's excellent traditional culture,shaping governance theories that com-bine localization and modernization,and creating a positive organizational culture in universities,this paper gen-erates original research outcomes and establishes a path of"knowledge-talent-communication",ultimately forming Chinese cultural symbols with international influence.
