面向工业4.0的智能制造工程人才培养

运用文本分析、内容分析和比较分析等方法,对10所不同类型院校人才培养方案、新工科建设方案和新工科研究与实践项目等文本资料进行综合分析,并从组织、理念、结构、模式、体系、质量六个维度考察,结果发现:作为一个典型的新工科专业,智能制造工程人才培养的开放性探索存在基层教学组织亟待重构、专业创新发展缺乏理念引领、专业结构与产业布局契合不足、专业本体性知识尚未体系化、培养模式尚未广泛成型、质量认同存在较大分歧等困囿.纾解的路径在于深入体知智能制造产业发展趋势和新工科建设情境,强化新工科组织模式创新,秉持"创新引领、融合聚焦"理念,优化布局和培养结构,建构独特的知识体系,深化跨界融合培养模式改革,铺设质量治理的行动者网络,以扎实的改进实践构建起高质量人才培养体系.
Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering Talent Cultivation for Industry 4.0
Using the methods of text analysis,content analysis and comparative analysis,this paper com-prehensively analyzes the text data of talent training plans,new engineering construction plans and emerging en-gineering research and practice projects of 10 different types of universities,and finds out from the six dimen-sions of organization,concept,structure,model,system and quality that as a typical emerging engineering ma-jor,there are some problems in the open exploration of intelligent manufacturing engineering talent training,such as the urgent reconstruction of basic teaching organization,the lack of concept guidance for professional in-novation and development,the lack of fit between professional structure and industrial layout,the lack of sys-tematic professional ontology knowledge,the lack of extensive formation of training mode,and the large differ-ences in quality identification.The way to alleviate the problem lies in in-depth understanding of the develop-ment trend of intelligent manufacturing industry and the construction situation of emerging engineering,strengthening the innovation of new engineering organization mode,adhering to the concept of"innovation lead-ing and integration focusing",optimizing the layout and training structure,constructing a unique knowledge sys-tem,deepening the reform of cross-border integration training mode,and laying an actor network of quality gov-ernance,with solid practice to improve the construction of high-quality talent cultivation system.
