Influence of comfortable care on reducing colporrhagia of incomplete abortion patients treated with estrogen com-bined with progesterone
Objective:To probe into the influence of comfortable care on reducing colporrhagia of incomplete a-bortion patients treated with estrogen combined with progesterone.Methods:A total of 100 incomplete abortion patients were selected in our hospital.According to the visiting time,they were randomly divided into the com-fort group and control group,50 cases in each.The patients in comfort group took progynova and medroxpro-gesterone acetate orally and received the comfortable care,while the patients in control group only took medrox-progesterone acetate orally and received route nursing,then to observe the duration of menstruation,the condi-tion of colporrhagi,the length of stay and the satisfaction of patients,and evaluate the efficacy.Results:There was statistically significant differences in the patients’duration of menstruation,the condition of colporrhagi, the length of stay and the satisfaction between both groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The comfortable care can re-duce the duration of menstruation,the condition of colporrhagia,and the length of stay of incomplete abortion patients treated with estrogen combined with progesterone,promote the patients’recovery and improve the nurse patient relationship.
