目的:明确护士置信职业行为概念的定义及其内涵。方法:系统检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、Sinomed、PubMed、Web of Science、ProQuest、Ovid等数据库中护士置信职业行为的相关文献，检索时限为建库至2024年3月31日。采用Walker等提出的概念分析法对护士置信职业行为进行概念分析。结果:通过分析相关概念，提出置信职业行为在护理领域中的概念，即接受培训的护士具备被信任的能力后能独立执行和完成的具体临床护理任务;定义了护士置信职业行为的定义属性包括应限制任务数量、反映学习者经验曲线、接受责任和问责3个方面。结论:通过概念分析明确了护士置信职业行为的概念属性，可为以后开发出能广泛应用的本土化护士置信职业行为评估工具作参考。
Concept analysis of entrustable professional activities in nursing
Objective:To clarify the definition and connotation of the nurse entrustable professional activities concept.Methods:A systematic search was conducted in databases such as CNKI,Wanfang Data base,VIP Database,Sinomed,PubMed,Web of Science,ProQuest,and Ovid for literature related to entrustable professional activities of nurses.The search period was from the establishment of the database until March 31,2024.The conceptual analysis method proposed by Walker et al.was adopted to carry out conceptual analysis of entrustable professional activities of nurses.Results:Through the analysis of related concepts,the concept of entrustable professional activities in nursing were proposed.This referred to specific clinical nursing tasks that a trained nurse,after gaining trust,was capable of performing and completing independently.The defining attributes of entrustable professional activities in nursing included limiting the number of tasks,reflecting the learners experience curve,and involving acceptance of responsibility and accountability.Conclusions:The concept attribute of entrustable professional activities in nursing is clarified through conceptual analysis,which can be used as a reference for developing a widely used local evaluation tool for nurses'belief professional behavior.
