目的:系统评价慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)病人及照护者家庭氧疗体验的质性研究。方法:计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、the Cochrane Library、EBSCO、Embase、PsycINF O等数据库，检索关于COPD病人及照护者家庭氧疗体验的质性研究，检索时限从建库至2024年5月31日，使用汇集性整合方法对纳入研究进行Meta整合。结果:共纳入11篇文献，得出36个结果、提炼出8个类别、归纳为3个整合结果(家庭氧疗的获益、家庭氧疗面临的困境与挑战、病人及照护者的调整与应对)。结论:医护人员需针对COPD病人及其照护者的家庭氧疗体验实施定制化护理方案;深化护患间的沟通，构建和谐的家庭与医疗关系，确保病人以积极心态面对治疗;传递实用信息，减轻病人与照护者的压力，提升他们的社会适应能力，从而实现病人个人价值的最大化，并最终达到治疗效果的最优化。
The home oxygen therapy experience of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and their caregivers:a qualitative Meta-synthesis
Objective:To systematically evaluate the home oxygen therapy experience of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and their caregivers.Methods:Computer searches were conducted on CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library,EBSCO,Embase,PsycINFO and other databases to search qualitative studies on the home oxygen therapy experience of COPD patients and caregivers.The search period was from the establishment of the database to May 31,2024,and Meta-integration of the included studies was performed using the pooled integration method.Results:A total of 11 literatures were included,and 36 results were obtained and 8 categories were extracted,which were summarized into 3 integrated results(benefits of home oxygen therapy,difficulties and challenges faced by home oxygen therapy,adjustment and coping of patients and caregivers).Conclusions:Health care providers need to tailor care to the home oxygen therapy experience of COPD patients and their caregivers.It is important to deepen the communication between nurses and patients,build a harmonious family and medical relationship,and ensure that patients face treatment with a positive attitude,deliver practical information to reduce the stress of patients and caregivers and enhance their social adaptability,thereby maximizing the individual value of patients and ultimately achieving optimal treatment outcomes.
