Combination weighting evaluation model of railway traffic safety management
In order to ensure the safety of railway traffic,a safety management evaluation model of railway traffic based on the combination weighting method is developed.Firstly, the factors influencing railway safety were analyzed by utilizing the theory of regional disaster systems,in order to establish evaluation indexes and their classification levels.Secondly, the combination weighting method based on dual constraints of difference and similarity was utilized to calculate the weight coefficients of evaluation indexes, and the safety of railway traffic was quantified by using the Euclidean distance method. Finally, six routes from China's"Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal"high-speed railway network were selected for case analysis. In order to validate the feasibility of the model, the cosine value test method was applied to compare the results of combined weighting with the results of the control method. The results indicate that establishment of this model can enhance the objectivity and rationality of railway traffic safety management evaluation.
