Evaluation of urban low-carbon transportation development level in Wuhan
To solve the problem of differences in subjective and objective weights and the uncertainty of quantifying qualitative indicators of group decisions in the evaluation of the development level of low-carbon transportation,a urban low-carbon transportation development level evaluation model based on game theory and TOPSIS is established.Firstly, the EAHP and entropy weight method are used to determine the subjective and objective weights of the indicators.Secondly, the game theory is used to calculate the comprehensive weight of indicators to solve the difference between subjective and objective weights. Finally, the Quantification of qualitative indicators is carried out using triangular fuzzy numbers, combined with TOPSIS for comprehensive evaluation,to objectively and comprehensively reflect the opinions of different experts on qualitative indicators. The above model is used to evaluate the various aspects and overall development level of low-carbon transportation in Wuhan from 2015 to 2021.The results indicate that the level of low-carbon transportation development in Wuhan has shown a steady growth trend from 2015 to 2021.The evaluation value has increased from 0.404 8 to 0.606 7,which is consistent with the actual situation. This evaluation method can be applied to the evaluation of the low-carbon transportation development level in other cities, thereby better promoting the construction of urban low-carbon transportation systems.
