为了缓解资源的有限性和城市公交服务日益增长需求对公交系统运营和发展带来的压力,提高公交线路运行效率,构建以线路长度、重复系数、非直线系数、站点覆盖率、站点数量和线网密度为投入指标,线路可达性和行车准点率为产出指标的评价指标体系,采用数据包络分析法中的 CCR 模型对公交线路运行效率进行评价.以本溪市主城区 16 条公交线路运营情况为例,进行有效性分析.分析结果表明:1 路、9 路、25 路、26 路、32 路、33 路综合效益值均小于 1,线路运行效率仍有待提升,其中线路长度、站点数量两个指标影响程度较高,可基于实际情况对该指标进行优化,提高线路运行效率.研究成果可为本溪市公交发展与城乡规划提供参考依据,也可为中小城市公交线路运行效率评价提供新的思路.
Evaluation method of bus operation efficiency in small and medium-sized cities based on CCR models
In order to alleviate the pressure on the operation and development of the bus system brought about by the limited nature of resources and the increasing demand for urban bus services,and to improve the efficiency of bus line operation.An evaluation index system is constructed with line length,repetition coefficient,non-linear coefficient,station coverage,number of stations and line network density as input indicators,and line accessibility and punctuality as output indicators,and the CCR model in the data envelopment analysis method is adopted to evaluate the operational efficiency of bus lines.The operation of 16 bus lines in the main urban area of Benxi City is taken as an example for the effectiveness analysis.The analysis results show that:1 Road,9 Road,25 Road,26 Road,32 Road,33 Road comprehensive effectiveness value is less than 1,the line operation efficiency still needs to be improved,of which the two indicators of the line length and the number of stops have a higher degree of influence,which can be optimised based on the actual situation to improve the line operation efficiency.The research results can provide a reference basis for public transport development and urban and rural planning in Benxi City,and also provide new ideas for the evaluation of the operational efficiency of bus lines in small and medium-sized cities.
