摘要

为进一步分析不同低温条件下轮胎滚动阻力对电动汽车能耗影响,以235/50R19子午线轮胎为研究对象,使用HYPERMESH与ABAQUS软件,对轮胎在沥青路面以30 km·h 1的行驶速度,0 ℃、-10 ℃、-20 ℃、-30 ℃四种不同环境温度下的稳态滚动进行仿真模拟.通过实验测试验证了仿真模型的有效性,采用计算单元应变能密度累计与单元能量损失的方法,确定轮胎滚动阻力对电动汽车的能耗影响.研究结果表明:在0 ℃、-10 ℃、-20 ℃、-30 ℃四种不同环境温度下,轮胎滚动阻力分别为83.14 N、98 N、111.34 N、131.22 N,轮胎滚动阻力系数分别为0.016 6、0.019 6、0.022 3、0.026 2,轮胎滚动阻力对电动汽车每公里能耗所占比重分别为11.92%、14.05%、15.96%、18.81%.随着环境温度降低,轮胎滚动阻力、轮胎滚动阻力系数以及轮胎滚动阻力造成的能耗占比均不断增大,环境温度每降低10 ℃,轮胎滚动阻力对电动汽车每公里能耗所占比重增加2%左右.

Abstract

To further analyze the impact of tire rolling resistance on energy consumption of electric vehicles under different low temperature conditions.This article took the 235/50R19 radial tire as the research subject,and used HYPERMESH and ABAQUS software to simulate the steady-state rolling of tires on asphalt roads.The driving speed was set at 30 km·h-1.The environmental temperatures considered were 0 ℃,-10 ℃,-20 ℃,and-30 ℃.The effectiveness of the simulation model had been verified through experimental testing.Used the method of calculating the cumulative strain energy density and unit energy loss,the impact of tire rolling resistance on the energy consumption of electric vehicles was determined.The research results indicate that at four different environmental temperatures of 0 ℃,-10 ℃,-20 ℃,and-30 ℃,the tire rolling resistance was 83.14 N,98 N,111.34 N,and 131.22 N,respectively.The tire rolling resistance coefficients are 0.016 6,0.019 6,0.022 3,and 0.026 2,respectively.The proportion of tire rolling resistance in the energy consumption per kilometer for electric vehicles is 11.92%,14.05%,15.96%,and 18.81%,respectively.As the ambient temperature decreases,the tire rolling resistance,the tire rolling resistance coefficient,and the proportion of energy consumption caused by tire rolling resistance all increase continuously.For every 10 ℃ decrease in ambient temperature,the proportion of tire rolling resistance to energy consumption per kilometer of electric vehicles increases by about 2%.
