摘要
本文以普通蜡烛燃烧产生的烟灰为原料,以环氧树脂(ER)为胶粘剂,二乙烯三胺(DETA)为固化剂,制备了一种低成本高效率的蜡烛烟灰涂层CS/ER.该涂层表面具有良好的超疏水性能(平均WCA为153.7±0.8°,SA小于1°)以及自清洁能力.在氙灯光源照射下,涂层表面温度可升至108.2 ℃,具有良好的光热效应.这种光热超疏水表面在防覆冰、自清洁、防腐蚀等领域具有较好的应用前景.
Abstract
A low-cost,high-efficiency candle soot/epoxy resin(CS/ER)coating was synthesized using epoxy resin(ER)as the adhesive and diethylenetriamine(DETA)as the curing agent.The resulting coating exhibits excellent superhydrophobic properties(average WCA of 153.7±0.8°,SA less than 1°)and self-cleaning capabilities.Under xenon lamp irradiation,the coating surface temperature can reach 108.2 ℃,demonstrating a remarkable photothermal effect.This photothermally responsive superhydrophobic surface holds promising applications in areas such as anti-icing,self-cleaning,and corrosion resistance.
