聚氨酯/分子筛粉阻燃合成纸的制备及其性能研究

以热塑性聚氨酯和分子筛粉为原料,采用共混-湿法相转技术制备阻燃聚氨酯合成纸.利用SEM、LOI和TG等表征技术重点对合成纸阻燃性、热稳定性、吸墨性能、印刷效果以及书写耐水性能进分析.研究结果表明,向聚氨酯合成纸中添加分子筛粉可以提高合成纸的阻燃性、热稳定性.其中添加30%的分子筛粉时,合成纸的极限氧指数值提升至28.5%,成炭率提升至23.84%,墨接触角为51.67 °,吸墨率达到86.3%,此外,该合成纸表现出良好的印刷、书写与耐水性能.
Preparation and Properties of Polyurethane/Molecular Sieve Powder Flame Retardant Synthetic Paper
Flame retardant polyurethane synthetic paper was synthesized through the blending wet phase transfer technique,utilizing thermoplastic polyurethane and molecular sieve powder.The flame retardancy,thermal stability,ink absorption,printing quality,and water resistance of the synthetic paper were analyzed using SEM,LOI,and TG characterization techniques.Results indicate that the incorporation of molecular sieve powder into PU synthetic paper enhances its flame retardancy and thermal stability.Specifically,with the addition of 30%molecular sieve powder,the limiting oxygen index value of the synthetic paper increased to 28.5%,while the carbon formation rate rose to 23.84%.Moreover,the ink contact angle measured at 51.67°,and the ink absorption rate reached 86.3%.Additionally,the synthetic paper exhibited favorable printing,writing,and water resistance properties.
