混凝土在硫酸盐侵蚀下会出现性能劣化,聚合物常作为硅酸盐水泥的改性剂以提高其抗蚀性能,但将其作为硫铝酸盐水泥(CSA)改性剂的研究较少,因此本文研究了苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳胶粉(SAE)对CSA净浆抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析了 SAE改性前后CSA在硫酸盐侵蚀环境下水化微结构的变化规律.结果显示,SAE的掺入有效提高了试件的抗折抗蚀系数,且SAE掺量越大,抗蚀系数越大;微观分析表明,在Na2SO4溶液侵蚀条件下,CSA浆体中钙矾石(AFt)的含量随着SAE掺量的增加而减少.
Study on The Resistance of SAE Polymer-Modified Calcium Sulfoaluminate Cement to Sulfate Attack
Concrete degrades under sulfation attack,and polymers are often used as modifiers for silicate cements to enhance their resistance to such corrosion.However,research on their use as modifiers for calcium sulfoaluminate(CSA)cement is less prevalent.Therefore,this article investigates the influence of styrene-acrylic latex powder(SAE)on the sulfate resistance of CSA mortar,and employs X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)to analyze the changes in the hydration microstructure of CSA before and after SAE modification under sulfate attack conditions.The results indicate that the incorporation of SAE effectively improves the flexural strength and anti-corrosion coefficient of the specimens,with larger quantities of SAE resulting in a higher resistance coefficient.Microscopic analysis shows that under conditions of Na2SO4 solution attack,the content of ettringite(AFt)in the CSA paste decreases with an increase in the SAE dosage.
