采用低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、茂金属聚乙烯(mPE)为主要原料,加入过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)和抗氧化剂制备交联聚乙烯流延薄膜.研究发现DCP含量在0.4份时交联薄膜拉伸强度提高了 6.5%;耐穿刺强度增加46%.
Abstract
Cross-linked polyethylene cast films were prepared using low-density polyethylene(LDPE),high-density polyethylene(HDPE),and metallocene polyethylene(mPE)as primary components,along with dicumyl peroxide(DCP)and antioxidants.It was found that when the DCP content was set at 0.4 parts per hundred parts of resin(phr),the tensile strength of the cross-linked film increased by 6.5%,and the puncture resistance improved by 46%.
