Preparation and Properties of Crosslinked Polyethylene-casting Film
Cross-linked polyethylene cast films were prepared using low-density polyethylene(LDPE),high-density polyethylene(HDPE),and metallocene polyethylene(mPE)as primary components,along with dicumyl peroxide(DCP)and antioxidants.It was found that when the DCP content was set at 0.4 parts per hundred parts of resin(phr),the tensile strength of the cross-linked film increased by 6.5％,and the puncture resistance improved by 46％.
