摘要

对比研究了自研产品JKS01双组分瓷砖背胶与三个市售同类产品性能对比,包括凝结时间、浆体粘度变化、施工性能及单位涂刷面积使用量及四种不同养护条件(标准养护、浸水、热老化及冻融循环)下的粘结强度对比,同时进行了贴砖模拟试验.结果表明,不同厂家的双组分瓷砖背胶性能有明显差异,JKS01综合性能最优.其标准养护粘结强度为2.19 MPa,浸水粘结强度为1.13 MPa,热老化粘结强度为2.46 MPa,冻融循环粘结强度为1.04 MPa.初凝时间为24.5 h,终凝时间为26.8 h;单位涂刷面积用量为1.05 kg/m2,施工性能良好,搭配普通砂浆粘贴瓷砖牢固,满足应用要求.

Abstract

A comparative study was conducted on the self-developed two-component tile adhesive JKS01 against three commercially available similar products,evaluating their performance in terms of setting time,changes in slurry viscosity,workability,and consumption per unit area of application.The comparison also included bond strength under four different curing conditions:standard curing,water immersion,heat aging,and freeze-thaw cycles.Additionally,a tile bonding simulation test was performed.Results indicated significant differences in the performance of two-component tile adhesives from various manufacturers,with JKS01 demonstrating the best overall performance.Under standard curing conditions,its bond strength was measured at 2.19 MPa,while the bond strength after water immersion was 1.13 MPa,after heat aging it was 2.46 MPa,and after freeze-thaw cycles,it was 1.04 MPa.The initial setting time was 24.5 hours,and the final setting time was 26.8 hours.The product consumption per square meter of application area was 1.05 kg/m2.Its workability was favorable,and when combined with ordinary mortar for tiling,it provided a secure bond that met the application requirements.
