嵌段共聚物薄膜中纳米结构的调控与应用前景

摘要
本文以两嵌段共聚物为例,系统介绍了嵌段共聚物薄膜自组装技术在实现大尺度无缺陷纳米结构方面的研究进展.着重探讨了薄膜约束下的自组装、化学图案诱导薄膜自组装以及几何基底诱导薄膜自组装技术,并提出了未来研究的展望.
Abstract
The article takes diblock copolymers as an example to systematically introduce the research progress of block copolymer thin film self-assembly technology in achieving large-scale defect-free nanostructures.It focuses on discussing self-assembly under film confinement,chemically patterned induced film self-assembly,and geometric substrate-induced film self-assembly techniques,while also outlining prospects for future research.
