Construction and Performance Study of Hypochlorous Acid-Responsive Fluorescent Probes Based on Rhodamine Derivatives
A small molecule fluorescent probe(RBHD)was designed and synthesized using rhodamine B hydrazide as the basic skeleton, which can specifically detect hypochlorous acid(HClO).The probe itself shows the blue-green fluorescence of dansulfonamide. The imine in the probe molecule is oxidized in the presence of HClO,and further hydrolysis releases the rhodamine B group. The fluorescence of the system is changed from blue-green to orange-red,which realizes the specific detection of HClO.In addition, the probe was able to achieve a rapid response to HClO(response time 10 s),showing high sensitivity and excellent selectivity, and was successfully applied to the detection of HClO in environmental water.
