基于Knoevenagel缩合反应制备三嗪-乙烯基TCMP材料

本文基于Knoevenagel缩合反应和氰基三聚反应,利用5-氰基-2-甲基吡啶和苯甲醛系列单体在P2O5的催化下,直接一锅串联反应得到了系列含磷酸的三嗪-乙烯基TCMP材料.通过红外和核磁证明了串联反应的成功.结果表明,TCMP具有良好的热稳定性,结构中的大共轭骨架,对可见光区域有宽吸收带,在200 ℃电导率为3.7 × 10-2 mS/cm,证实了 TCMP材料在光电方面的应用潜力.
Preparation of Triazine-vinyl TCMP Materials Based on Knoevenagel Condensation Reaction
In this study,a series of phosphoric acid-containing triazine-vinyl TCMP materials were obtained based on the Knoevenagel condensation reaction and cyano-trimerisation of a series of monomers of 5-cyano-2-methylpyridine and benzaldehyde catalyzed by P2O5.The success of the reaction was demonstrated by IR and NMR.The results show that TCMP has good thermal stability,a large conjugated backbone in the structure,a broad absorption band for the visible region,and a conductivity of 3.7 × 10-2 mS/cm at 200 ℃,confirming the potential of TCMP materials for optoelectronic applications.
