多组分有机硅凝胶敷料的制备与研究

本文以双端乙烯基硅油、双端含氢硅油和端侧含氢硅油为原料,在铂金催化剂的作用下,通过硅氢加成法制备了有机硅凝胶敷料,并对其凝胶时间的影响因素进行了探讨.结果表明,当温度升高或催化剂用量增加时,凝胶时间会缩短;有机硅凝胶敷料在干燥环境下的剥离强度为6.42 N/m,断裂伸长率最高为308%;细胞毒性测试证明,细胞活力均高于90%.
Preparation and Study of Multi-Component Organosilicon Gel Dressings
Organosilicon gel dressings were prepared by silica-hydrogen addition method with bipartite vinyl silicone oil,bipartite hydrogen-containing silicone oil,and end-side hydrogen-containing silicone oil as raw materials under the action of platinum catalyst,and the factors influencing the gel time were explored.The results showed that the gel time would be shortened when the temperature was increased or the amount of catalyst was increased;the peel strength of the organosilicon gel dressing was 6.42 N/m and the elongation at break was up to 308%under a dry environment;the cytotoxicity test proved that the cell viability was all higher than 90%.
