Preparation and Study of Multi-Component Organosilicon Gel Dressings
Organosilicon gel dressings were prepared by silica-hydrogen addition method with bipartite vinyl silicone oil,bipartite hydrogen-containing silicone oil,and end-side hydrogen-containing silicone oil as raw materials under the action of platinum catalyst,and the factors influencing the gel time were explored.The results showed that the gel time would be shortened when the temperature was increased or the amount of catalyst was increased;the peel strength of the organosilicon gel dressing was 6.42 N/m and the elongation at break was up to 308％under a dry environment;the cytotoxicity test proved that the cell viability was all higher than 90％.
