摘要
本文研究了两亲高分子稳定剂的构筑条件及其稳定机理,得到稳定剂构筑条件为:引发剂用量为700 mg/L、反应时间为4.5 h、反应温度为80 ℃、长链烯烃单体为丙烯酸十六酯;进行了两亲聚合物对阳离子乳液聚合物体系稳定性研究,得到两亲聚合物稳定剂最佳用量1.5%、最佳粘度为350 cp.
Abstract
The article studied the construction conditions and stabilization mechanism of amphiphilic polymer stabilizers and found that the construction conditions of stabilizers were:initiator dosage of 700 mg/L,reaction time of 4.5 hours,reaction temperature of 80℃,and long-chain olefin monomer of hexadecyl acrylate.The stability of amphiphilic polymer to cationic emulsion polymer system was studied,and the optimal dosage of amphiphilic polymer stabilizer was 1.5%,and the optimal viscosity was 350 cp.
