保护胶浓度对水包水多彩涂料的性能影响探究

摘要
本文重点探究了一款市面流行的保护胶在水包水多彩涂料配方中的应用.分别探究了不同浓度的基础漆保护胶和造粒保护胶对水包水多彩涂料性能的影响.实验结果表明,基础漆保护胶浓度为8wt％,造粒保护胶浓度为4.5 wt％时,制备的水包水多彩涂料具有最优的抗渗色性、耐水性和彩点韧性.
Abstract
This paper focuses on his exploration of the application of a popular protective adhesive in the formulation of water-in-water colorful coatings.The effects of different concentrations of base paint protective adhesive and granulation protective adhesive on the performance of water-in-water colorful coatings were explored,and the experimental results showed that when the concentration of basic paint protective adhesive was 8 wt％and the concentration of granulation protective adhesive was 4.5 wt％,the prepared water-in-water colorful coating had the best anti-bleeding,water resistance,and color dot toughness.
