本研究采用绿色溶剂磷酸三乙酯(TEP)配制PVDF静电纺丝铸膜液,研究了溶液组成与静电纺丝参数等对纳米纤维结构形貌的影响.研究表明,铸膜液中挥发性组分(丙酮)与TEP在12wt%PVDF中能形成纳米纤维膜,并且TEP/丙酮在5/5的比例下β相PVDF含量最高(49%).
Preparation and Performance Study of PVDF Electrospun Membranes Based on Green Solvents
In this study,the green solvent triethyl phosphate(TEP)was used to configure the PVDF electrospinning casting solution,and the effects of solution composition and electrospinning parameters on the structure and morphology of nanofibers were studied.Studies have shown that the volatile component(acetone)in the casting solution and TEP can form nanofiber membranes in 12 wt%PVDF,and TEP/acetone has the highest β content of PVDF(49%)at 5/5.
