摘要
采用人工嗅闻、顶空法和袋子法对宁煤公司Novolen工艺生产的聚丙烯1100N净化仓粉料、掺混仓粒料和自研的低气味产品进行气味等级、总碳和有机挥发物种类及含量表征与检测,通过对比分析,研究有机挥发物组成和气味表现的不同,探索有机挥发物对产品气味的影响.
Abstract
This article uses artificial sniffing,headspace method,and bag method to characterize and detect the odor level,total carbon,and types and contents of organic volatile compounds in the purification bin powder,blending bin granules,and self-developed low-odor products of polypropylene 1100N produced by Novolen process of Ningmei Company.The differences in organic volatile compound composition and odor performance are studied through comparative analysis,and the influence of organic volatile compounds on product odor is explored.
