Research Progress of Molecularly Imprinted Polymers in the Detection of Phenoxy Carboxylic Acid Herbicides Like 2,4-D
2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D),a commonly used phenoxy carboxylic acid herbicide,is an environmental endocrine disruptor. Its chlorinated metabolic intermediates tend to accumulate in living organisms, making it a typical"triad"pollutant characterized by being carcinogenic, mutagenic, and teratogenic.Molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs)are a class of composite polymer materials with specific molecular recognition capabilities. This paper focuses on a comprehensive review of recent advancements in the preparation of surface-imprinted polymers for 2,4-D and their applications in the separation and detection of 2,4-D from environmental pollutants.
