In the context of the comprehensive advancement in investment promotion,the number and scale of industrial lands are increasing constantly.In the process of landing some projects,there is a need for the main road to open an entrance.In order to reduce the impact on urban traffic,the guideline is proposed for industrial lands entrances and exits setting on main roads taking Xiamen for example.Firstly,the problems of the current relevant norms and regulations of various cities are analyzed.Then,taking into account the characteristics of the city,the guideline is proposed.It includes conditions,approval processes and requirements for industrial lands entrances and exits setting on main roads.The requirements includes the mandatory supporting measures of entrances and exits,the setback distance of garage barriers and the truck stage areas.Finally,an actual case is used to provide a reference for other industrial projects in entrances and exits setting on main roads.
