摘要
为促进城乡公交一体化发展,助力浙江高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区,构建基于城乡公交数据的智慧化应用平台.首先,介绍平台建设背景以及浙江省城乡公交一体化发展现状;其次,平台设计思路从上至下依次为一个省市县联动驾驶舱、两大主功能、三个端集成以及多个应用场景.通过"一村一表、一县一档"技术措施,在线展示全省每个建制村的公交班次、票价、支付方式等基本情况,并归集形成每个区县的城乡公交一体化档案;最后,经过态势分析可以得到区县的一体化率提升方案.通过平台,既可以实时掌握全省城乡公交运行情况和一体化进度,又可以找出区县在城乡公交发展中的不足之处,为财政补贴政策、公交运营策略的制定提供依据.
Abstract
To promote the development of urban-rural bus integration and help Zhejiang construct in high-quality the demonstration area of common prosperity,an intelligent application platform is built based on urban-rural data.Firstly,the background of building the platform and the status quo of urban-rural bus integration in Zhejiang are introduced.Secondly,the design idea of the platform successively includes a province-city-county data linked cockpit,two main functions,three integrated interfaces and several applied scenarios.The platform implements a technical measure called"on village on form,one county one file",and displays online the basic information of each administrative village of Zhejiang,such as bus frequency,ticket price,payment method,etc.It also collects and generates urban-rural bus file of each county.Lastly,after analyzing the situation,an improvement plan of integration rate of each county is concluded.Through the building of the platform,the urban-rural bus operation and integration procedures in the whole province can be known real-time,and inadequacies in the development of urban-rural bus in each county can be found,which provides supports for drawing up polices of subsidies and operations of public transport.
