大型交通枢纽网约车运营管理经验与启示

为规范网约车在枢纽地区的运营管理,提升网约车接驳换乘效率,系统性地梳理国内外大型交通枢纽网约车运行情况.通过详细调研,围绕枢纽网约车管理模式及配套设施布局、新技术应用、停车管理策略等3个方面,深入剖析国内外大型交通枢纽在网约车运营管理方面的积极经验.研究发现,通过对网约车进行针对性管理,增设专用停车(上客)区域、新技术应用、制度保障等措施,实现网约车与社会车流线分离,可改善枢纽地区网约车换乘效率.在案例经验总结的基础上,进一步提炼网约车运营管理的基本原则,归纳对我国大型交通枢纽在网约车运营管理方面的启示.
Ride Hailing Operation and Management in Large Transportation Hubs
In order to standardize the operation and management of ride-hailing in hub areas and improve the efficiency of ride-hailing transfer,the operation status of ride-hailing in large transportation hubs at home and abroad has been comprehensively studied.Through field work and on-site interviews,operation and management conditions of ride-hailing of large transportation have been analyzed,focusing on the following aspects,the mode of ride-hailing management,new technology applications,and parking management strategies.The study indicates that effective measures have been carried out to deal with the demand of ride-hailing,such as the supply of dedicated parking/pick-up areas,the application of new technologies and institutional guarantees.With the implemented measures,the disorderly operation of ride-hailing in hub areas has been greatly improved.Based on the summary of case studies,the basic principles of ride-hailing operation and management are proposed,and the inspiration of car-hailing case study is summarized for future reference.
