英国、德国和美国交通模型应用的标准化和评价指标体系建设经验

我国自20世纪80年代引入交通规划模型技术以来,诸多城市建立了不同维度的交通模型,用于对交通基础设施、交通政策等决策进行测试、仿真,为决策的制定提供了科学量化的支撑.然而,在实际应用中存在 2 个方面的问题:一是缺乏标准化的测试流程;二是测试结果仅关注交通流相关结果,其他大量模型计算结果未能发挥其应有价值的有效利用,根本原因在于缺乏统一的模型应用标准与评价指标体系.在此背景下,应充分借鉴国外相关经验,集合各领域从业人员建立交通模型构建标准及评价指标体系,以期在决策过程中能够给出解释性更强的决策建议.通过对比、分析和总结英国、德国和美国的模型评价指标体系和标准,为我国交通模型评价指标体系的建立提供借鉴.
Experience and Suggestion of Transportation Model Standardization and lts Assessment Indicator System in United Kingdom,Germany and the United States
Since the introduction of transportation planning model technology in the 1980s,many cities in China have constructed transportation models with different dimensions for testing and simulating transportation infrastructure,transportation policies,providing scientific and quantitative support for decision-making.However,there are two problems in practical application:firstly,there is a lack of standardized testing procedures;secondly,the testing results only focus on traffic flow related results,and a large number of other model calculation results have not been effectively utilized.The fundamental reason is the lack of a unified transportation model application standard and assessment indicator system.In this context,it is necessary to reference foreign experiences and gather professionals from various fields to establish transportation model standards and assessment indicator system,in order to provide more interpretative suggestions in the decision-making process.By comparing,analyzing,and summarizing for the assessment indicator system and its transportation model standards in United Kingdom,Germany and the United States,in order to provide reference for establishment of China's transportation model assessment indicator system.
