Passenger Flow Analysis and Optimization Method for Public Transport Corridor in Shanghai Pudong Central City
With the gradual improvement of Shanghai's rail transit network, the passenger transport function of public transportation corridors needs to be redefined and clarified.Firstly,7 bus corridors in the central city of Shanghai Pudong are selected based on traditional evaluation indicators and big data analysis model, and multi-source data are intergrated to analyze their network structure and passenger flow characteristics. Two discrimination methods for backbone and transfer bus corridors are proposed.Secondly, based on practical experience in optimizing and adjusting the bus corridor network, the technical routes for optimizing the bus corridor network is summarized, and a specific plan is provided using Hunan road as a demonstration corridor. Finally, relevant considerations and suggestions are put forward for the transformation and development of surface public transportation in Shanghai.
