基于轨迹分析的重点车辆疲劳驾驶线索研究

针对网络预约出租车、"两客一危"和疑似非法营运车辆疲劳驾驶的问题,上海市公安局交通警察总队依托一线民警执法进行监控和预警,取得了一定的成效,但仍存在疲劳驾驶难发现、难取证、难监管等问题.为解决这一问题,依靠信息化手段,利用车辆GPS数据综合研判分析,建立基于轨迹分析的重点车辆疲劳驾驶发现模型,为一线执法部门精准执法提供数据支撑.该模型的应用取得了显著的执法成效,对于预防重特大道路交通事故发生起到一定的积极作用.
Key Vehicle Fatigue Driving Clues Based on Trajectory Analysis
In view of the problems of online taxi reservation,"two passengers and one danger"and fatigue driving of suspected illegal vehicles,Shanghai Traffic Police Brigade relies on front-line police law enforcement to monitor and warn,and has achieved certain results,but it has the problems of difficult to detect,obtain evidence and supervise fatigue driving.In order to solve this problem,Shanghai Traffic Police Corps relies on information technology and uses vehicle GPS data to comprehensively study and analyze vehicle GPS data to establish a key vehicle fatigue driving discovery model based on trajectory analysis,so as to provide data support for the accurate law enforcement of front-line law enforcement departments.The successful application of this model has achieved remarkable law enforcement results and better prevented the occurrence of major road traffic accidents.
