Strategy of Comprehensive Development of"Integrated Community Type"Upper Cover Rail Transit Depot
Under the guidance of comprehensive development,rail transit depot will not only serve as municipal facilities,but also need to consider the transportation and development functions.Based on the development situation and practical experience of Shanghai transportation infrastructure and rail transit depots,this paper proposes the idea of site selection combined with the land to be renewed,and the development concept of"integrated community type"upper cover rail transit depot with regional overall planning and functional integration.For different locations,development strategies are given as central area is mainly based on single part renewal and integration with the surroundings,while the suburban area can appropriately expand the scope and drive regional development.And then,traffic organization principles are analyzed.At the same time,the application practice of smart logistics systems,intelligent bus services and smart parking within upper cover development communities are explored.This paper provides guidance and suggestions for the comprehensive development of upper cover rail transit depot.
