High Standard Cycle Lanes Construction Standards in Wuhan
At present,the proportion of non-motor vehicle travel continues to rise,and the public's requirements for the cycling environment also increase,and the demand for safe,reliable and comfortable high-standard cycle lanes is increasing.However,in the current evaluation indicators of urban physical examination,the evaluation of cycle lanes is relatively few and not systematic.In this paper,the subjective demands of cyclists'physical and mental load are studied in depth,and safety,patency,comfort,attractiveness and adaptability are identified as the five core requirements for cycling friendliness.By constructing a set of fine design standards and guidelines from macro network to micro construction of bike lanes,it can effectively guide the planning,design and construction of bike lanes.Relevant indicators can be included in the urban physical examination evaluation system,comprehensively improve the riding group's right to travel,and continue to improve the riding environment.
