Traffic Conflict and Service Level of Pedestrian and Non Motor Vehicle Slow Sharing Road Section
Limited by the width of the red line, some urban roads adopt the cross-section form of shared space for pedestrians and non motorized vehicles. In recent years, shared bicycles and takeaway express delivery have developed rapidly, the pedestrians and non motor vehicle in the slow-moving shared space interact with each other, and traffic conflicts have increased significantly.Based on the data obtained from traffic surveys on four pedestrian and non motorized vehicle shared lanes in Shenzhen, the types and quantities of traffic conflicts are statistically analyzed.Using the fuzzy C-means clustering analysis method,a service level division method for slow shared lanes based on the number of traffic conflicts is proposed.A complete and continuous service level division standard and state description table based on the number of traffic conflicts are obtained, which can provide reference for the planning, design and management of slow-moving space.
