摘要

平面交叉口特别是复杂不规则的平面交叉口,往往是城市道路网络中运行效率最低、交通拥堵频发、事故率最高的秩序乱点、交通堵点和事故黑点.研究堵点交通治理措施,并随着路网的更新完善和交通流特征的变化进行动态优化和调整,是提高路网运行效率的关键.以上海市虹桥路—延安路—古北路六路复杂交叉口为例,在现状已经做了大量优化工作的基础上,从网络分流、交通组织、节点设计等角度进一步研究改进措施,并运用交通仿真技术,验证改善方案的有效性.

Abstract

Intersections,especially the complex and irregular ones,are often the most disorderly,traffic congested,and accident prone points in the urban road network with the lowest traffic efficiency,frequent traffic congestion,and the highest accident rate.Studying traffic control measures is the key to improve the overall efficiency of the road network.It also needs to be optimized and adjusted dynamically with the improvements of road networks and changes of traffic flow characteristics.Taking the complex intersection of Hongqiao Road,Yan'an Road and Gubei Road as an example,this paper further studies the improvement measures on the basis of a lot of optimizations already done in the present situation.The improvement schemes are proposed from the aspects of network diversion,traffic organization and node design.Traffic simulation technology is used to verify the effectiveness of improvement measures.
