Design and Application of Signal Light Information Collection in Vehicle-infrastructure Cooperation
To compensate for the delay and insufficient reliability of signal light information in map manufacturers and software collection methods.Based on the connection of traffic signal machine by cables,real-time acquisition of intersection signal light information data.According to different phase durations,obtain the intersection signal timing scheme through machine learning and filtering algorithms.In response to the requirements of low latency and high reliability of signal light information for intelligent networked vehicle-infrastructure cooperation systems,based on PTP high-precision timing,the problem of signal light countdown jumping during the switching phase of intersection timing schemes is eliminated by introducing light state confidence and countdown confidence,improving the high reliability of SPAT information and enhancing the service level of vehicle-infrastructure cooperation systems.Intelligent connected vehicle-infrastructure cooperation road intersections are selected for scenario testing.The test results show that the method proposed in the paper can achieve real-time and highly reliable reading of signal light information,with event triggering accuracy controlled within the range of 50 ms±3 ms and no countdown jump on-site.Under the premise of meeting the requirements for SPAT messages in the application of intelligent connected vehicle road collaboration system,urban traffic management can be empowered by combining message data such as MAP and RSI.
