Fault Localization Methods for Railway Signal Equipment
To address the issue of rapid fault localization in railway signal equipment,a fault localization method based on a theoretical fault model is proposed.Firstly, the FMEA(Failure Modes and Effects Analysis)approach is utilized to establish and analyze the theoretical fault model, generating a prioritized list of fault causes based on failure rates.Secondly,on the basis of the theoretical fault model, continuous parameter optimization of the failure rates is carried out by incorporating field fault data, thereby continuously improving and optimizing the prioritized list of fault causes to yield more accurate fault localization information. When a fault occurs in the signal equipment, this method can be utilized for rapid fault localization, enabling maintenance personnel to quickly identify the fault point and providing better support for the early restoration of operational service and normal equipment usage.
