USP低温改性沥青混合料路用性能评价与应用

为了响应国家提倡的绿色低碳、节能环保和减少污染物排放的施工生产方式,依托沿江通道越江隧道(江杨北路—牡丹江路)新建工程 6 标,通过室内试验对比热拌改性沥青混合料和USP低温沥青改性混合料 2 种混合料的路用性能,根据实际工程技术要求,全过程分析USP低温改性沥青混合料生产和施工中相应的技术指标,竣工后进行USP低温改性沥青混合料应用效果评价分析.结果表明,USP低温改性SMA-13 沥青混合料比SMA-13 热拌改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性有大幅提高,低温抗裂性略微提高,残留稳定度和冻融劈裂强度比两者略有降低,但均符合相应技术要求,出料温度、摊铺温度和压实温度均降低 20℃以上,USP低温沥青技术和传统施工工艺对比,减少能源消耗和烟气排放,降低对施工人员以及周边环境影响,节能减排效果显著.
Evaluation and Application of USP Low Temperature Modified Asphalt Mixture for Road Use
In order to respond to the construction and production mode of green,low-carbon,energy saving,environmental protection and pollutant emission reduction advocated by the state,relying on the new construction project of cross-river tunnel(Jiangyang North Road-Mudanjiang Road)along the river channel,the road performance of two kinds of mixtures,namely hot mix modified asphalt mixture and USP low temperature modified asphalt mixture,was tested in the laboratory according to the actual engineering technical requirements.The corresponding technical indexes in the production and construction of USP low-temperature modified asphalt mixture were analyzed in the whole process,and the application effect of USP low-temperature modified asphalt mixture was evaluated and analyzed after completion.The results show that the USP low-temperature modified SMA-13 asphalt mixture has significantly higher high temperature stability than SMA-13 hot-mix modified asphalt mixture,and slightly higher low temperature stability.The residual stability and freeze-thaw splitting strength are slightly lower,but they all meet the corresponding technical requirements.The discharge temperature,paving temperature and compaction temperature are all reduced by more than 20℃.USP low-temperature asphalt technology compared with traditional construction technology,reduce energy consumption and flue gas emissions,reduce the impact on construction personnel and the surrounding environment,energy saving and emission reduction effect is significant.
