城市轨道交通双层车辆基地规划设计案例研究

面对日益稀缺的土地资源,城市轨道交通车辆基地规划选址越发困难,采用双层车辆基地布置形式可有效集约利用土地.为了研究城市轨道交通双层车辆基地的规划设计要点,结合实际规划设计案例开展研究.首先,从城市设计与综合开发角度探究双层车辆基地开发业态的确定方法以及城市界面设计的关键所在;随后,聚焦双层车辆基地总平面布置方案,指出库房组合形式、牵出线布置形式、联络线布置形式、双层库房层高设计、无坑式低位作业面设计等规划设计要点;最后,总结得出城市轨道交通双层车辆基地规划设计原则以及具体的设计优化建议,为后续双层车辆基地规划设计项目提供参考和借鉴.
Planning and Design of Double-deck Vehicle Depot for Urban Rail Transit
Facing the increasingly scarce land resources,the planning and site selection of urban rail transit vehicle bases is getting more difficult.The double-deck vehicle base layout can effectively utilize the land intensively.To research the planning and design points of it,analysis is conducted with actual cases.Firstly,from the perspectives of urban design and comprehensive development,the determination of the development format and the key of urban interface design are explored.Then,the general layout plan is focused on,pointing out key design points like the warehouse combination,lead line layout,connecting line layout,floor height of the double-deck warehouse,and the design of the non-pit low-level operation surface.Finally,the planning and design principles and specific optimization suggestions are summarized to provide references for subsequent projects.
