民生体育是构建和谐社会的具体体现,是实现体育强国的必然要求,是政府践行执政为民的重要举措。政府作为发展民生体育事业的主导者,应该在树立服务理念,完善健全制度,理顺政府、市场和社团关系,建立考核体系等方面明确责任和优化职能,以进一步确保民生体育建设的高效开展。
Abstract
The people＇s livelihood sports are the embodiment of building up the harmonious society,which is the inevitable requirement of sports power.It fulfills the important measure of the government power for the people.Government,as the master of the development of sports of the people＇s livelihood,should establish service concept,perfect system,straighten government,market,community relations and establishing evaluation system,etc and other aspects of responsibility and to optimize the function.In order to further ensure the efficient development of the livelihood of the physical constructions.
