摘要

通过对体育专业学生参加健美操专项课前后五项身体素质水平的对比研究,反映出进行健美操专项训练有利于大学女生身体素质的提高;与参加其他专项选修的女大学生作横向比较,健美操专项与其他专项在身体素质的发展上各有侧重,参加健美操专项选修后,学生的柔韧素质和灵敏素质的提高幅度明显好于其他专项。

Abstract

Taking the university girl students of PE major as the object of the study, a contrastive research is made between the statistics of their constitution in five aspects before their participating in callisthenic and the statistics after. Thus an important conclusion is reached that callisthenic can be of great advantage to the students' constitution. Furthermore, based on the horizontal comparison between the students participating in callisthenic and those in the other exercises, the research shows that all of them can help improve the university girl students' constitution, but callisthenic can be more advantageous in heightening the students' ability of aerobic exercises and pliability than the others.
