体育公共服务体系的建设是时代的需要,也是体育实践的需要。体育公共服务体系是指由满足公共体育需求的要素构成的有机整体。体育公共服务体系主要包括场地设施系统、活动系统、指导与培训系统、信息咨询服务系统、体质监测系统、保证系统等六大要素系统。它们相互联系、相互作用、相互依赖、相互制约,与外界环境不断进行着物质、能量和信息的交换,共同影响着体育公共服务的发展。
Abstract
The sports public service system＇s construction is the need of both times and the sports practice. The sports public service system is an organic whole comprised of essential factors meeting the public sports need. The sports public service system mainly includes six essential factor systems,such as the location facility system, the activities system, the instruction and the training system, the information consultant service system, the physique observation system, the guarantee system,and so on. There are mutual connection, the interaction, the interdependence and restriction among them, They are carrying on material, energy and information exchange unceasingly with the external environment, which influences sports public service development.
