摘要
通过查阅文献资料和实验法,对武汉体育学院院体育教育篮球专业2008级男生游泳普修课中一组运用表象训练教学法,一组运用传统的教学方法,相比进行了分析;结果表明:从技术评定,各游距测试等方面成绩来看,实验班均优于对照班;运用表象训练能使学生形成正确、清晰的技术动作表象和完整的技术概念;符合学生想、练结合和运用多种感觉器官参与学习的规律;使学生智力、体力与技术水平三者得到有效的结合与发展;充分地调动了学生学习的兴趣,激发了学生的学习动机,提高了学生学习的注意力,促进了学生学习的积极性、自觉性,从而有利于加快教学进程,提高教学质量。
Abstract
Through access to documents and experiment,Wuhan Institute of Physical Education Boys Basketball Professional 2008 a group swimming lesson in the use of imagery training in teaching,a group using traditional teaching methods,compared to analyzed;The results show that:From a technical evaluation,testing all aspects of travel results from the point of view,the experimental class were better than the control class;the use of imagery training to enable students to form correct,clear and complete representation of the technical movements of technical concepts;meet the students think,practice with and use?a variety of sensory organs involved in learning the law;make students intellectual,physical and technological level are an effective combination of three and development;and fully mobilize the students interest in learning,stimulate learning motivation of students to improve student learning of attention?promote active student learning,consciousness,and thus help speed up the process of teaching,improve teaching quality.
