摘要
从文化生态学的视角，对中华民族传统体育形成过程中的文化成因进行研究。认为：人类早期的身体活动，是我国民族传统体育形成的雏形；而地理环境的不同影响了各个地区的文化产生了差异性；随着社会的发展，具有明显地域文化特征的民族风俗习惯、原始信仰等文化观念与原始的身体活动相互融合，共同促进了具有民族文化特色的传统体育的形成；而中国传统文化的精神哲学也引领了我国民族传统体育的价值追求；尤其在体育全球化的今天，我国民族传统体育文化应该成为世界文化的重要部分。
